Anonymous information is collected purely for statistical reasons, such as the number of visitors to the website in a given period with no personal identifiable data. - Identification of clients on booking of appointments
- Treatment planning based on the medical information provided
- Record and process the assessments and treatments provided whilst under our care
- Transfer information to another healthcare professional or insurance company, with consent, if required.
