Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice should be made by telephone and may be subject to a late cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment fee on the first occasion and 100% for subsequent late cancellations or forgotten appointments.
Forgotten or missed appointments will also incur a full charge.
